As a first, PATINA is planning to reserve some tables for local Guilds/Clubs or individuals to display. There will be no fee for these tables.
Clubs will be allowed to have working displays on all related topics, and possibly hold workshops if time and space allows
Participants may set up during the early bird time slot and display until the auction commences, giving them also full hall access to Friday and early Saturday.
These tables will be for display only and no selling will be allowed from them.
